a lot of geeks are posting this on facebook, and getting all happy about it. In "I like to pretend I'm an informed member of society" circles, it shows the WhiteHouse is "Hip" and "on our side."

it allows "liberals" to ignore the facts about Jack Lew - Obama's nominee for treasury secretary - and his record of pushing financial deregulation, reduce the deficit by targeting the 10% that goes toward discretionary social spending (not the other 90%...), without touching the Bush-era tax cuts on the highest income levels.
