This team's offense just got better next year. Nice enough guy, but he was a terrible recruiter, and just didn't have a knack for calling plays on offense. Guy cost us some games last year for sure.

The Saints are getting a good RB coach though. Just don;t let him call plays.
 
You know, despite what it looks like, a lot of the teams are calling basically the same plays, sure there might be some wrinkles, but most of the plays are pretty standard. So it's the timing of the calls that matter most, Roushar was awful at this. He just didn't have a clue and he cost us a few games. An average OC and we win 10 games last year IMO.
 
I wouldn't blame him for everything. A healthy oline would have made him look better. Either way congrats.
 
True, plus a qb not named Maxwell and wr that knew how to catch before the 6th game of the season.
