Its the essence of parity, which is what the league wanted. Any team can win on any given night. Its also what makes the playoffs impossible to predict.

Tell that to the Blackhawks,since it would be a real knee-slapper to many hockey fans (especially those of their division rivals) if they wind up with only ~5 "regular season" losses yet were to get ousted in the first round.

I'm snickering at the BLHK Love. Let them win every RS game and we'll see how that matters come playoff time.
