was cut by Broncos.

kid has alot of off field baggage...but i liked him coming out of the draft..be interesting to see who claims him.

DeAndre Mcdaniel was cut the other day. Ton of talent and production....ton of issues.

Myron Rolle - DB - Titans Titans waive S Myron Rolle.
Rolle got a big name for sitting out the entire 2009 season while pursuing a Rhodes Scholar degree, but safeties that run 4.76 forties don't last long in the NFL. He spent 2010 on the practice squad and may be headed back there. Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter

Brandon Minor - RB - Broncos Broncos placed RB Brandon Minor on injured reserve, ending his season.
His injury wasn't disclosed, but Minor played in the preseason finale so we're assuming he suffered it then. A former undrafted free agent from Michigan, Minor was one of the surprises of camp, seeing lots of work with the second team. Sep 3 - 2:50 PM

George Selvie - DL - Rams Rams waived DE George Selvie.
Selvie was considered a potential first-round pick early in his South Florida career, only to get lost behind Jason Pierre-Paul by his senior season. He could still develop into a situational pass rusher, but is out of practice squad options after appearing in 16 games during his rookie year. Source: Jim Thomas on Twitter

Dan Orlovsky - QB - Colts Colts released QB Dan Orlovsky, TE Michael Matthews, and WR Taj Smith.
The Colts are rolling with three quarterbacks to open the year: Kerry Collins, Curtis Painter (who gets one last breath), and Peyton Manning. Orlovsky lost out directly to Painter, which has to hurt. Matthews was a blocking tight end prospect. Smith is always good in Colts preseasons, but never makes the cut.

Steve Schilling - T - Chargers Chargers waived OT Steve Schilling and DE Charlie Bryant.
The Chargers gave Schilling a $78,000 signing bonus as a sixth-round pick, hoping he'd be able to play tackle after starring at guard at Michigan. It predictably didn't work. Bryant was a mammoth of a man at 6-foot-8, 320. Source: Kevin Acee on Twitter Sep 3 - 5:51 PMPlayer Outlook

Lito Sheppard - DB - Raiders Raiders released CB Lito Sheppard.
Sheppard was signed as insurance for LCB Chris Johnson eight days ago, but Johnson was able to return to practice on Tuesday. Sheppard has started just 12 games since the end of the 2007 season, and was highly ineffective when on the field for the Vikings last year. Source: Aaron Wilson on Twitter Sep 3 - 5:04

Will Allen - DB - Dolphins Dolphins released CB Will Allen.
Allen restructured from $5.5 million to $1.5 million before the lockout, but it still couldn't save his job. The Dolphins want to go with younger options at cornerback, though they will reportedly be open to bringing back Allen at a later date. The 33-year-old has played just six games since 2008. Brandon Meriweather - DB - Patriots Patriots released S Brandon Meriweather.
So much for Meriweather's back-to-back Pro Bowl appearances. Word persisted all preseason that the Pats were unhappy with his play, and the writing was on the wall after he was limited to mop-up duty in the preseason finale. New England apparently made a half-hearted attempt at trading him before deciding to simply cut him loose. Sergio Brown is the most likely candidate to enter the season as the Pats' starting free safety. Meriweather will not last long on the open market.

Danny Diggler[/color]]Meriweather? Seriously?

yup , got on Bellichek shit list and never got off it and got his ticket punched.

finally...

Aaron Maybin - LB - Jets

Jets waived OLB Aaron Maybin, DT Martin Tevaseu, and CB Isaiah Truant.
Even after 2.5 sacks in three preseason games, Maybin was reportedly considered a luxury, only to be kept on the roster if nobody better showed up. Trufant, a former UFL star, had just been re-signed last week.
Related: Marcus Trufant, Martin Tevaseu

Brandon Graham - DL - Eagles

Eagles placed DE Brandon Graham (microfracture surgery) on reserve/PUP.
He won't be eligible to play before Week 7, and it's fairly tough to imagine the Eagles getting anything from Graham this season. The 13th pick in the 2010 draft, Graham needed the procedure after tearing his right ACL and meniscus.

Lydon Murtha - T - Dolphins

Dolphins placed RT Lydon Murtha (undisclosed) on injured reserve, ending his season.
Murtha was slated to begin the season as a backup, but could have seen some time at right tackle had Marc Colombo's preseason struggles carried over to the regular season. Murtha appeared in eight games a season ago, starting four. Injury prone, this is the second time in three years Murtha has ended up on injured reserve.

Daniel Loper - G - Raiders

Raiders released OG Daniel Loper.
Oakland signed Loper to a two-year, $4.2 million deal before the lockout but has apparently finally realized he just isn't very good, even for a backup. The Raiders also waived or released WR Shaun Bodiford, WR Shawn Bayes, TE Kevin Brock, WR Chad Jackson, WR Eddie McGee, P Glenn Pakulak, G Alex Parson, RB Louis Rankin, G Roy Schuenig and RB Manase Tonga.

Lol.

Cox was cut because his play warranted it, according to people affiliated with the Broncos. He had a terrible game v AZ and while his off-field situation is probably a distraction for him, he wasn't cut because of it. Of course Denver is better off without a piece of shit like Cox in the lockerroom and he will be facing league action at a bare minimum and I doubt Roger will approve of fucking a chick who is passed out while your teammates watch.
