I live very close to Mt. Union. The coaches that have been at these extremely successful small school programs don't seem to have an interest in going to big time schools. I have heard several times from the head coach here that he is comfortable where he is at and doesn't want the bit time pressure. I would think that Leipold might have the same outlook.
