I'm torn on Fleck. Solid coach. Read a few articles that say what a hot candidate he is......but.....read a few articles that have said his schtick comes off as corny and rubs some the wrong way.
Haven't heard his name as a candidate anywhere since Illinois kept Cubit.

I've heard he's done a great job recruiting at western. Winning a bowl game will surely open some eyes, and if nothing else land him a bit of a raise.
