Anyone have any ideas what Mayhew will do to fix our Tackle situation? Backus is probably gone until the season starts, Gosder hasn't gotten better since his surgery, and Fox just injured his foot today.

OT Gosder Cherilus (knee) was held out of Saturday's practice. Cherilus' recovery from microfracture knee surgery is becoming a concern. He has missed Detroit's last six practices and isn't showing signs of improvement. If Cherilus doesn't return soon, Detroit will have serious O-line depth issues entering the season. Im on my way. I'll have to add a 100 pounds or so. Good thing im on a candy diet.

How about we bring in Jamarcus Russell in for a tryout wasnt he well over 300 lbs. He may be able to resurrect his career as a tackle lol.

Probably sitting at home eating and pondering how he can hurt himself again.... but for real is there any foreseeable short term fix for our O-line? Besides for the obvious Mt. Mckinnie...
