A thorough shellacking for the second straight game. This team is rolling. Ian White has been a great addition to the team. Hudler and Filp are finally playing they way many thought they should.

However, 11 of the next 14 games are on the road, including a trip to Western Canada. Hopefully the Wings can keep playing well. Their road record is not good (6-7-0) They will have to pick up their game.

Yea the second line of Huds Filp and Z is rolling right now. Huds and Filp are critical to the Wings style of play - when they get production out of those two guys Detroit is extremely hard to beat.

As was said already the big test will be this upcoming road trip - if the Wings can enter 2012 still in 1st or 2nd place in the West then I think they will be in good shape for the second half of the season.
