If you ever go to Bourbon street, that is what you see in the Morning. Been 3 times, always the same. IF you go, don't go during Mardi Gras, go during the Jazz Festival. Crowd is A LOT better, less problems, better people. The bad thing is, less boobs, but you will always see them down there. Just more during the big events.
