18 of the 28 players on the current roster were draft picks and the average draft spot for the wings over these players career's is 110th pick. That is some scouting...
 
And development. Who knows if our players would have become the contributors they are in another farm system. Teams may have given up a lot earlier, trading and throwing development into chaos. Teams may have misconstrued a players role or brought them on too early and never forced them to develop all their skills.

A lot of credit to go around.
