Hey...I was kinda doin' other stuff at the end of the episode...was that Cameron that Chase called right there at the end?

The person Chase called was his sister, It had something to do with after his dad left and his mother started drinking and his sister ended up turning out the same way

This one could be the better of the previous 7 seasons, I never coulda see them making Foreman Dean of Medicine, but in a way it kinda makes sense
