Watched the first episode and I liked it. It's a little different because there really isn't any fighting in the arena. However, still good plot lines and lots of violence and sex.
 
A change from the first season for sure. This season, I believe, is about him recruiting slaves for the revolt
 
I think they have done a good job with the series. So far I like vengeance a lot. Cant wait to see where it goes.
