I mean, Cartman, from South Park?

Because everytime I see Newt on TV, all I can do is think he reminds me of Cartman.

I listened to him on CNN go on about the Wright Brothers for about 10 minutes , and how like them he can get entrepeneurs to back his plan to get to the moon.

big ideas and big solutions is his motto......lol
