I'm confused (not anything abnormal, I know).

Is it just a screw up that I'm seeing the Blues at #2 seed currently? Is that due to head to head record vs Wings? I thought first tie breaker was number of wins. Is it # of non-OT wins?
 
ROW (Regulation + Overtime Wins) is the collumn in the standings you want to look at when teams are tied in points. It's not total wins anymore. They changed that a few years ago so that shootouts would not have an impact on the standings.
