Seems Rick may now understand he has very little hope at the nomination, and might be hoping to get into Mittens good graces with a VP nod, by trying to take back what he said earlier and make it seem like he did not mean it how he said it.

Almost reminds me of Hilary kissing Obama's ass just before she pulled the plug on her campaign.

Or, he could just be cracking under the pressure.
