cops never really bothered with them anyway here in Windsor...maybe once a year they'd bust a couple of massage parlors but they pretty much let them operate at will.

I lived in Windsor down the street from a place called the Service Station. It had a big sign out front that said full service pumping. It also had a help wanted sign in the window. So yeah this not really news. Small amounts of pot are basically decriminalized as well, if you take a walk along the Detroit river on the Windsor side around 8-9pm you'll get a good whiff. In the land of the free you tend to go to jail for these things.
