Arnett eligible to play this Fall

No surprise, his situation is exactly what the rule is written for, his dad is awaiting a kidney transplant and gets dialysis twice a week now. Arnett has shown great ability this spring, he's still learning the offense though. He will be a key receiver this Fall and I'd expect him to push for starts by years end.
