apparently, according to a Rivals post:
"Ingalls Mall - the area in front of Rackham, between Hill Auditorium and the League. It's possible they move it to Elbel Field, but there are other events at Elbel both Friday (opening of the new recsports complex) and Saturday (student tailgate all day - with free pizza)"
