I think the timing is key: now that the hoopla surrounding the Rush Limbaugh - Sandra Fluke thing has died down, the Catholic Church (well, the more right wing elements of the church, like ND and certain institutions) can go back to trying to deny its female employees their right to healthcare and equal protection of the law, without getting drawn into the more tawdry side of the debate. shame on ND though for trying to convince people (retards) that birth control = abortion with their misleading tactics.

The employees can buy any additional health insurance they want. Catholics dont believe in contraception/abortion and its their constitutional right to defend the religion against this mandate.
 
Well, this is the thing, and the thing is this - whatever your perspective on this issue is, this was always something that was going to be, and appropriately so, settled within the context of the judiciary, regardless of all of the screaming and shouting and the whole circus act that surrounds it.
