One of the better basketball reads I have read in awhile. Probably because it featured some of the guys that got me to love watching basketball, and I could imagine every word and every play in my head as if I was watching it. Honestly I think the Dream Team would beat the 2012 team handily.

Figured I'd put it up here in honor of the Olympics.

Long article worth reading. You could make a 300 page non fiction story about that team and I'd read and enjoy it. Thanks Cheeno.

I particularly enjoyed the Barkley/Malone comparison, it's a discussion that I don't think is had enough.

Ugh...I miss real basketball.

Truer words were never spoken my friend.

As for the Barkley/Malone debate that is a tough one. In the end, if it was a purely personal decision I'm going with a vintage Chuck.

Malone was sooo strong, I remember Shaq saying once that he believe Malone in his hey-day was stronger than himself.

Real basketball....yea miss it so.
