starters tonight

I haven't heard anything on if Maxwell is healthy and who the starters are at wide out tonight. What's the word, and don't say bird because I will find you and gun you down.
 
Maxwell has been 100% throughout camp and even led the ofense to a win over the defense on a scrimmage a couple weeks ago. Coaches are saying they expect him to be as good as Cousins was last year.

WRs:
Starters are Fowler and Lippett with MumPhreys and Arnett poised to get a lot of balls too. Andre Sims Jr and Langford are the speed guys who should get some bubble screens or reverses. Of course Dieon Sims is a stud at TE.
