MLB bought Rawlings idk how many years ago and have proceeded to change the baseball initially not telling the MLBPA or anyone else.

You have heard of this when they were caught with two different baseballs last year.

Also the seams are virtually gone say most pitchers and they can't get a grip add in that MLB is not allowing any kind of sticky for a grip and you have more batters hbp.
