I listened to his speech yesterday. It was great and if that doesn't sell recruits on how genuine Harbaugh is then nothing will. Well-deserved honor and I appreciated that he acknowledged that Macdonald was equally deserving. I honestly think that the defensive turnaround was the more impressive of the two jobs, but seeing the job that Gattis has done all year I understand why he won.
