OU gets the ball at 36 yard line, but it took a 2nd Review. The argument is that the play had already been reviewed, then was challenged by OU, which appears to be after the 1st Review something that is no longer Reviewable. But OU specifically asked about a review of double touch and was therefore awarded that 2nd Review.

OU is in control up 34-24 with 2:00 remaining with the ball....but, they just had an illegal block penalty negate a 1st down reception so OU about to punt back to KSU.

Oregon fans feeling robbed, but Oregon screwed up in multiple ways in last 3 minutes.
