It's a picture of Bill Murray with a crying toddler who is wearing Detroit Tigers gear.
Murray isn't wearing Tigers gear, but is in Tigers colors (although I understand Murray is primarily a Cubs fan. Possibly Murray roots for the Tigers as his AL team; even though he's from Chicago I think I heard he also spent an amount of time in his childhood in Western Michigan. It is a neurological impossibility for a person to root for both the Cubs and the White Sox).
Murray appears to be either crying, or pretending to be crying, likely an attempt to amuse the toddler in order to turn the toddlers sobs into laughter.

The toddler probably isn't really a Tiger fan yet, but it appears either his parent(s) or guardian(s) likely are, hence the Tigers gear.
Doubtful the toddler is crying because of anything to do with the Tigers. More likely, the toddler is crying because toddlers frequently do that kind of shit.
