Steven Moya will not start in right field today.
Moya is dealing with a sore right knee and is out of the lineup Saturday as the Detroit Tigers continue their series against the Cleveland Indians at Comerica Park (4:10 p.m., FSD).
Mike Aviles is back and hitting seventh for Moya, who missed a fly ball in the lights during Friday's 7-4 loss.

Mike Aviles actually has a bit of a history against Carlos Carrasco. He gets the start in right field today over Steven Moya. James McCann returns behind the plate for Anibal Sanchez, who has a very good test on his hands with a Cleveland lineup that has beaten him twice this season and hit him hard in one of those. That includes Yan Gomes, who returns to the Tribe 9 today after missing last night’s game to have a cyst drained in his lower back. He’s 6-for-18 over his last four games.

We go against a RHP who does well with RH hitters and we don't have more than Victor to hit LH against him. Add to the fact that Carrasco hardly walks anyone, this isn't a recipe for success.

Yeah why no Moya verses the Rhp ? I guess brad is going with a hunch.hope it works.

Miggy 3 for 22 on the homestand after that soft grounder back to pitcher.

They are being abused by the indians so far this year.

Sanchez isn't fooling anyone today. 69 pitches going to the 5th.
