The Tigers are 5 games behind the Rangers for the last wild card spot with 4 teams ahead of us....and only a 5% statistical chance to make the playoffs.

This is a make-up game from June 18th and also the last time the Tigers will see a NL opponent this regular season. The Tigers are 9-10 in IL play this season. The Reds have lost 9 straight games.

Kinsler line drive single, Miggy to the RF wall near the line first and third,

JD Martinez with a 3 run Bomb,

Tigers with the early 3 - 0 lead,
 
JD goes deep! 3-0. Thankfully we have some early runs from Kinsler, Miggy and JD because the rest of the lineup is brutal.
 
Let's run into a out with Kinsler and miggy coming up :/ not sure I understand why? Heck 18 sb' out of 28 attempts by Gose not all that great anyway.

Miggy was 9 for 14 verses texas and we still lost 3 of 4 at home. .
 
Mario and rod doing there best to get Todd out of his slump.amazing how Frazier and Pedersen who were in the home run derby have struggled in the second half.
 
Ian Kinsler with his 49th multi-hit game of the season, which leads the major leagues. He has 11 in 21 games this month.

Collin Balester, traded from the Nationals to the Tigers for Ryan Perry on Dec. 9, 2011, now pitching for the Reds.

as Buck Farmer continues to shut down the Reds through 4 innings on 59 pitches, Avila helping with game calling.

Man, there is just no stopping Kinsler lately. A hitting machine. 9th 3 hit game of the year.
