Yoenis Cespedes has won a Gold Glove for the #Tigers, despite finishing the season with the #Mets. So, I guess the Tigers weren't shut out?

would agree wouldn't want it to cost and arm & leg, Parra maybe? otherwise maybe a Collins/Davis platoon would work

God, neither Parra or Davis. Chris Young if you want a platoon partner and/or someone to take CFer when Gose fails miserably.

GG means nothing these days. It's not just best defensive player these days.

FYI. Alex Gordon had 864.6 Innings in LF for KC in 2015. Cespedes had 865.6 Innings in LF for DET, 1 more inning than Gordon. If Gordon was a viable candidate, why not Cespedes?

My winners based on 850 Innings Minimum

C = Russell Martin (McCann 5th of 8)
1B = Mike Napoli (Cabrera 6th of 11)
2B = Ian Kinsler
SS = Francisco Lindor (Iglesias 6th of 12)
3B = Adrian Beltre (Castellanos 10th of 12)
LF = Yoenis Cespedes
CF = Kevin Kiermaier (Gose 11th of 11)
RF = Kole Calhoun (Martinez 2nd of 10)

P = Dallas Keuchel

**BOLD = Actual winners

The bottom two worst MLB defensive players at each position over the last 2 seasons (1,500 innings minimum):

1B = R. Howard, J. Loney
2B = N. Walker, R. Cano
SS = A. Cabrera, J. Reyes
3B = N. Castellanos, C. Gillaspie
LF = Mel. Cabrera, M. Brantley
CF = D. Fowler, A. Pagan
RF = M. Kemp, T. Hunter
