Changing the Tigers hits for strikeouts and strikeouts for hits would do wonders for this team.

God this team is so terrible put togther..

When we pitch.
We don't hit.

When we hit.
We don't pitch.

When we lead we have to hold our breath to hold on.

Un------freaking -''''believable for a 200 million dollar payroll.

Clean house Chris Ilitch!!!!

Get rid of Ausmus, Avila,
and get rid of these stiffs,

Vice President, Assistant General Manager David Chadd
who was dumped by the redsox before Tigers hired the stiff.

Vice President, Player Personnel Scott Bream.

Vice President, Player Development Dave Littlefield Pirate's fans had a party outside the ballpark when this shit head was canned.

Director, Player Development Dave Owen wtf do they teach the minor leaguers?? they draft low ceiling position players and pitchers who throw gas without a clue to where the pitch is going.

White Sox starter Tyler Danish, making his first career start, walked six batters over five innings but didn't surrender a run.
The Tigers loaded the bases in the first and left two runners on base in the second and fourth.
The Tigers had two on with nobody out against reliever Anthony Swarzak, but Alex Avila, Miguel Cabrera and Justin Upton struck out to end the seventh inning.

The result was 12 runners left on base and Fulmer's second consecutive loss in which he received no run support.
The complete game was Fulmer?s second of his career.
Fulmer has now started the season with 10 consecutive Quality Starts (six or more innings allowing three or fewer runs), tying a record set by Justin Verlander in 2011.

The Tigers totaled four hits. They went 0-for-8 in scoring position and left 12 men on base. They were shut out for the fourth time this season and second time of this 11-game road trip, in which they are 1-5.

The Tigers struck out 15 times, eight in the last three innings.

The White Sox clearly had a strategy of pitching around Victor Martinez on Saturday, as the designated hitter walked three times. That third walk loaded the bases with two outs in the seventh, leading to reliever Swarzak firing a 95-mph four-seam fastball past a swinging Justin Upton to end the threat.

Boxscore.
12 LOB 0 for 8 with RISP. what a bunch of cunts.

The Tigers placed Ian Kinsler on the 10-day disabled list because of a strained left hamstring.
Outfielder JaCoby Jones was recalled from Triple-A Toledo to fill the roster spot. He started the first game in center field.
Also, the Tigers acquired the contract of pitcher Arcenio Leon. Leon spent the 2016 season in the Mexican League before signing as minor league free agent last winter.
and Chad Bell was optioned to Toledo. Bell pitched 2 1/3 innings on Friday.
Pitcher William Cuevas was designated for assignment.
