Pretty clear that pitcher Michael Fulmer will be sticking around. Dominant again tonight and has shown tremendous growth since his call-up. Acting manager Gene Lamont more or less laughed off the question of whether he's proven he belongs in the big leagues: "Well, he's going to pitch in five days."

Tigers second baseman Ian Kinsler on what he's seen from rookie pitcher Michael Fulmer compared to spring training/earlier this season: "We knew that he had that mentality. The way he's grown since then has been really remarkable." A big part of that? The increased use of his changeup.
