Rain threatening again today, we'll see how it turns out.

Hate to see too many rain-outs early. Plus I need to see me some baseball.

I guess fog was pretty bad at the park as well. Just saw this tweet from James Schmehl of MLive though:

@jamesschmehl
Fog clearing up at Comerica Park. The visibility is much, much better. I'm thinking they could play in this. First pitch set for 1:08 p.m.

The Orioles flight to Detroit apparently had some problems as well. Got into Detroit very late/early this morning.

Going against Gritty Lombotomy, the game changer.

I'm sure they game will be delayed. It's been raining fairly hard for the last hour. Looks like it should stop soon but they'll need time to get the field in shape.

Rain/fog cleared out, sounds like they'll get started on time.

Edit: maybe a slight delay

Dickerson thinks the delay will be less then 30 mins.

I think I'm going to lose my mind if I hear Jim Price say "the art of pitching" one more time.

Why did Romine cut that off? Looked like Nick might have had a play.

Markakis leading off the game, soft grounder to Cabrera, 1 out

Lough singles to left, 1 on, 1 out

Jones up, on a 2-2 count Lough steals second throw not in time

Sanchez walks Jones on a full count, men on 1st and 2nd, 1 out

Davis hits a line drive down in the RF corner, Lough and Jones score, Davis to 2nd, still 1 out

2-0 Orioles

Cruz pops out to left center, Davis advances to 3rd, 2 out

Clevenger pops out to Hunter, 3 out

Orioles lead 2-0 after .5

A laborious inning for Sanchez, 26 pitches already

Kinsler grounds to 3rd, Schoop to Davis for the out, 1 out

Hunter grounds out to short, 2 out

Cabrera grounds one between 3rd and short, 1 on, 2 out

Martinez works himself into a full count, pops one up to 3rd, 3 out

Orioles up 2-0 after 1

Gonzalez at 15 pitches

Gotta be tough playing the OF today. Visibility to home plate has to be limited.

Schoop grounds out to short, 1 out

Flaherty grounds one to Cabrera for the out, 2 out

Our new old friend Lombardozzi falls behind early and watches strike 3, 3 out

Orioles lead 2-0 after 1.5

Sanchez recovers with a quick inning, up to 37 pitches

I won't be able to listen or keep up with the game for the next hour, shouldn't be gone too long.
