MLB teams, especially DET, had in season exhibition games (before interleague play began in 1997).

May 10th, 1976 Cincinnati Reds played Detroit Tigers at Tiger Stadium. Box Seats were $4, Reserved Seats $3 and a Bleacher Seat were $2. Those were the days.

FYI...Sparky Anderson was the manager of the Reds and the Reds did win the World Series in 1976.

I remember those. It was a great way for fans who couldn't afford regular season tickets to enjoy a ball game.
