Evan Reed being investigated for sexual assault

Again. Didn't he have this same problem earlier in the year
Same issue. PA blames budget cuts on investigation and process time. 100 people cut.

Alcohol, bars, casino's, athletes = trouble.

Just another indelible stain on the 2014 season. This team is cursed. The question is why?

STOP HAVING SEX WITH BROADS YOU JUST MET!!!

That's the one good thing about not being notable...no crazy chick has any reason to schtupp you, then file a false police complaint against you...

If I was a celeb I would use the Charlie Sheen formula...

Porn stars and hookers?

Was an odd decision by the judge. I think Reed admitted that they had sex that night. And the judge more or less ruled by video evidence that the girl was completely incapacitated. The reason for the dismissal was that he 'didn't know what they did in the hotel room' while she was still 'blacked out'. That decision might get appealed or maybe refiled because it doesn't make a lot of sense.

That said it is a hard case to prove at an actual trial.

I read that she lied, saying she did not know he was a baseball player. Text message proved otherwise. Credibility shot from start.

First, that really isn't going to mean a whole lot to the sitting judge. Second, absolutely no district court judge would dismiss a case on the basis of marginal evidence of credibility issues. That isn't his role. He dismissed the case because she couldn't remember what happened in the hotel room when she was blacked out.
