3 Way Done deal , Tigers get Price !!

Right, nothing like bumping a 5 month old thread for that. Shit man, just save us all a heart attack and start a new thread next time. lol

It was a relevant update to the context of this trade. Why on earth start another thread?

Some people are ignorant to forum etiquette. You did the right thing sir.

Back on topic: Was the prospect that good or was the Rays farm that bad for him to be considered #1 in their system? Is he getting a bump just because of who he was traded for?

He is that good. He certainly would be the Tigers best prospect. Great defensive SS, who draws a walk and gets on base.

At 6'1" 180, he has the frame to fill out some and might add some pop. The only drawback to his game is his eye/hand coordination. Meaning he will be around a .250-.260 BAVG hitter. However, his OBP should be about .360.

Wouldn't fit in with the philosophy around here. Better that he go somewhere else.

58-45 (.563 WPCT) before trade

32-25 (.561 WPCT) after trade

Price trade never helped this team. And yes, re-read the thread and see who loved this trade and who didn't. And why. You will see who the bozo's were.
