I'd suspect he is. The Cubans of the last decade have been pretty solid with reporting their ages, and given his career, it falls pretty well in line with the age Cuban players start, at about 16-17.

Funny part is, the one Cuban that relied lied about his age was El Duque, and his best years were well into his 40s.

I think you are spending too much time in the San Pedro Valley.
