Game 141: Giants @ Detroit Sep 5th

Rain has stopped at Comerica...looks like they're going to try and squeeze in a few more innings to get an official game in. More rain looks to be closing in.

Just got back from a HS football game which was delayed a hour before it started.... (lost 35-15) :(
How long was the delay? Bullcrap they did not cancel it..

Thanks Yankees you assholes losing 1-0...

SF in the wild card race. Peavy goes 2 innings and he in line for the win. So yea got to give SF there chance! And this is the only meeting between these two. No one likes Double headers these days.
 
Giants picking up right where they left off two singles, DP then clown shoes boots one 7-0 hey maybe just left them keep hitting and never get out of the inning until more rain comes?

Tigers get the first two on in the 4th then victor grounds into a DP and JD swings away wildly at everything inning over

Torri looked very dejected walking off the field from 3rd after that k from JD, tigers have mailed this one in

Hp ump Andy fletcher also seems to have a rather large strike zone attempting to get this over as quickly as possible

Apparently nick was awarded a single on sandovals fielding error, I tells ya the standard for what constitutes an error and what doesn't sure has declined in recent years
