Tigers pitcher from the early 1960's Phil Regan was notorious for that.
They called him "The Vulture".

Mike Henneman had a nice career in Detroit.. But yeah, double digit wins 3 times.

Yeah, I don't think he was getting them the way Hardy might today. I think he just came in to a lot of tie games or down a run and pitched multiple innings if I remember correctly. I just always thought it was funny that he would get so many wins out of the pen.
