Getting ahead in counts then rolling over out in front of everything, just more steller offense

But hey dd isn't concerned about the offense, that's good
 
Pirates pitcher, big ol gold chain, shirt half way un done, crooked crap like some kinda gangsta as another tiger hitter is out in front off an off speed pitch and rolls it over

Generally speaking if the tigers offense isn't being challenged with fastballs they don't do much

Hard to believe the Tigers with all the lulls in hitting that we have that we are
still in the America League.

1st in avg.
1st in OBP. (tied)
1st in slg.
1st in ops.


4th in runs.
1st in Hits.
1st in doubles.
6th in triples.
7th in Homers. (Hmmmmm)
3rd in RBI's.
4th in SB's.
11th in walks (yikes)
4th in striking out...
 
Goes back to what Rebbiv said...
Lack of guys on base in front of MC and VM.
a god awful bullpen.

Hitting really has gone to sleep in long stretches it feels though..

It's all just one game wonders here and there that keep all that padded is all

For sure a lot of games are stat padders... But the team did go on a 27-12 stretch... We have won 63 games.. Had to hit in some of them....
 
Well oak is up 3-0 Lester going againts KC

Maybe stay at .5 back

The 27-12 start seems to have been a fluke, they've been below .500 since then
 
Those damn 2 blown saves in Toronto still haunt me on this road trip....among many over the years......
