As a person that believes current extinction rates are attributable to the fact that we've impacted the food chain over most of the planet one way or another and measurably changed the makeup of the atmosphere and the pH of the oceans, I prefer the term "Anthropocene extinction" or even better, maybe they could call the 6th "Holocene" and the 7th "Anthropocene".
