When you are throwing 0-2 counts right down the middle my guess is you just don’t care. He looks so disinterested to me every time I see him pitch.
 
I wonder if they dare let Kevin make jump from Double AA ball to mlb ? I bet he could give a better at bat than some of the tigers.

Was just thinking that myself. Late enough in the year that his clock is started late also.

At some point you can't have a guy who is getting literally zero hits play all the time
 
Just throw high fastballs to tiger hitters.

Last I checked down 3-0 you cant hit a 4 run homer with zero base runners. Don’t you take 3-1 down three runs.
Sometimes I worry about the baseball awareness of this team.

When players can't get the bat solidly to the ball swinging, there is a good chance that the same thing happens when they try to bunt, though.

But that at bat runners were at 1st and 2nd zero outs.
If he does sacrifice the runners move up. First base is open and Keith’s little dribbler to 1st produces a run . Remember we are just trying to have him move runners up. His soft pop-out to second was just a bad at bat that just did nothing to help the team.
 
Last 34 innings. Three games at Texas and 7 innings at Pittsburgh the tigers scored 3 runs total.
 
Keith sees a bunch of pitches but swings at 2 balls on a 3-2 count.
Fouls one off . Misses and k’s on 2nd ball. Torres gets a infield single
Greene K’s on a 1-2 WASTE PITCH ! Strange how these even work against good mlb hitters.

They should not be losing to Pittsburgh even with Skenes pitching.

They better wake up . Tigers play some good teams after Pittsburgh.

Tork misses 3 nasty sliders.

Embarrassing night for tiger hitters.
