In 1976 and 1977, the Montgomery Rebels (Tigers Double-A affiliate at the time) and Lakeland Tigers won titles in back to back seasons.Montgomery won five titles in six seasons (72,73,75,76,77) then Triple-A Evansville.

In 1979, took the title. Jim Leyland won titles in both Lakeland and Evansville. It is one of the best eras of minor league baseball not only the Tigers but by any big league team.

The last time more than one current Tigers affiliate claimed a league title in the same year was 2006: Toledo & West Michigan.
 
Jack Flaherty's average fastball velocity this season is 92.9 MPH.
He's had 14 starts where his fastball velocity averaged 93 MPH or above: 3.56 ERA
3.41 K/BB 1.16 WHIP.
He's had 15 starts where his fastball velocity averaged 92.9 MPH or below: 5.80 ERA 3.07 K/BB 1.40 WHIP.
 
The Tigers have recalled LHP Brant Hurter and optioned Brenan Hanifee to AAA Toledo.
There are now 3 lefty relievers on the Detroit Tigers roster in Tyler Holton, Bailey Horn, and Brant Hurter. Cleveland hitters vs Lefties in 2025: (.224/.291/.358) with an OPS of .648

I can't stand how this woman always takes jabs at the old system and makes excuses for Harris & Co.
 
Not sure an agree with the Hanifee for Hurter move. Must be Cleveland has a ton of lefty’s . Still Hurter is not as good as Hanifee.

Tom, I keep saying for you to tell her in their comments section. The worst she could do is block you, and then you will be two behind me for the media to block you.
I have buster olney, ken rosenthal, and keith law blocking me for almost 20 years when I told them off for calling Justin Verlander "Jason" Verlander. 🤣
