NCAA Tournament Selection Show Thread

Every year, there's always something that's messed up with the bracket. Same stuff is complained about every year.

Bottom line, when you played like Michigan most of the year, you are going to find yourself having to beat a big dog. So it was either a great Oregon team, or a great Louisville team. That's life. Louisville is beatable. They aren't the giant of year's past.

Minnesota a 5...Wisconsin an 8.

Someone explain this bullshit?

I don't think the start times have been scheduled yet...

that's lame. wondering if I'll get to watch. would have to avoid bars near office unless its late enough to just go home after. bosses not cool with drinking during work hours (even though they do drink).

I've taken off the first Thurs and Fri of the tournament for 16 years in a row now. I have those days scheduled off thru 2020.

This would be really early to have the television schedules and network assignments set up. It looks like Michigan is the early game of two games scheduled in Indianapolis that day, and there are fourteen other games scheduled at various venues across the country for that day.

In recent years CBS, CBS Sports Network, maybe TBS or TNT and TruTV have all televised games so that all the games could be seen in their entirety.

It wasn't that long ago that it was only on CBS and the scores would be displayed but they would hop around to televise the closest and most interesting games.

As far as going to a bar, it's also Saint Patrick's Day...so there's that.

I would take that first Friday off about every year for 15 years to watch games. Got away from it last year and probably won't this year either as I have some other Fridays in April I'll be taking off for different reasons which would make it more difficult.

# 5 Iowa st /# 12 Nevada looks like a good game . But now that Seth has mentioned Nevada they probably won't show up. I watched Nevada last night and they looked legit.

At the end of the day I dont like our draw but we are still B10 Tourney Champs! I didnt see that coming a few weeks ago and I think we can cause teams fits.

First time I can remember that the committee got the right teams in and didn't snub anyone. I think the teams made it easy on them though. It was a weak bubble.
