Jordan Yost worked an 8-pitch AB then singled to first base. Got to the bag in 4.18 seconds with a sprint speed of 29.6 ft/sec.

Cris Rodríguez gets a 98.5 MPH fastball and lines it at 105 MPH to the opposite field for his 3rd Low-A home run in 6 games.

Four more scoreless innings for Cameron Flukey after this strikeout + interference double play.4IP | 2H | 0R | 3BB | 6K51 pitches, 31 strikes, 10 whiffs on 21 swings.

I think the future is bright, but now and next year or two, feels like ground hog day.

Keep an eye out for this kid.
If you ranked Tigers prospects strictly by their ceiling, Angel De Los Santos is no lower than #3.

Ángel De Los Santos smashes a 3-run homer to left to give Lakeland the lead. It’s his 3rd home run with the Flying Tigers, and his 9th overall this year.

With for the Tigers he's probably going to have to be 2B or CF. I don't see them moving Yost off SS if they don't trade Yost.
Chris Brown TMLR

The good thing is Yost's brother who he apparently is built like filled out and has like 7 homers in his first 70 some at bats with the Mariners at age 21 this year. It's not a guarantee obviously but an indicator.
Excited about Yost, he runs like a deer, is good to potentially very good defensively with solid strike zone judgment and bat to ball skills. If he could start driving the baseball you get something really interesting.

Do the Tigers have a terrifically talented handyman on the verge of crashing Comerica Park?
He’s not ready for big-league ball quite yet, but take a look at where Woody Hadeen is as Double-A Erie heads into this week’s playoffs. Note all that he does, and you see what might be bubbling.
