Per the transactions log, the Detroit Tigers have signed LHP Enmanuel De Jesus and RHP Inohan Paniagua to minor-league contracts.
De Jesus made the bigs with Miami and spent the last 2 seasons in Korea.
Paniagua has spent 7 seasons in pro ball but hasn’t been above A-Ball.

LHP Carlos Pena has also re-signed a minor league deal. He has been a solid swingman for the past two years, mostly for Erie.
