I'm in disbelief at how bad this stretch has been like they've fallen off a cliff. I don't know how else to describe what we're witnessing. I was worried when they dropped the series to the Nats but never expected this.

I agree that series showed what teams with speed do to us.
1-2 verses Washington
2-4 verses Pittsburgh.

At some point, he needs to start hitting for more contact. A huge launch angle that yields 5.5 strikeouts for each home run doesn’t cut it on a team where so few players get on base ahead of him.
