WATERCOOLER WEDNESDAY.
Totally Tigers

The Detroit Tigers have been struggling almost the entire month of July. It’s their first month of playing under .500 baseball.
After performing at a .667 and .679 clip for the months of April and May, June saw them at a .557 level. July’s record so far is .391 (through Monday’s games).
All teams experience a period where performance slumps. Some longer than others.
But to what do we primarily attribute Detroit’s decline in performance?
Is it due to such factors as a heavy schedule and overall exhaustion?
Or potentially are the injuries taking their toll on the rest of the roster?
What about the level of talent? Is the overall youth and inexperience now catching up?
What do you think?

What factor most likely explains the Tigers' drop in performance?

1. Schedule/exhaustion.

2. Injuries taking a toll on the rest of the roster.

3. Level of talent/youth and inexperience.

the bull pen is exhausted from AJ's stupid pitching chaos days, the talent level was not equal to their early record, and they have injuries (but every team does)
