Some quick notes on Chris Paddack’s changeup.
2019-2022: 29.7% Whiff%, 1766 RPMs, 32.7% HardHit%, 30.2 inches of drop.
2023-2025: 25.6% Whiff%, 1851 RPMs, 40.4% HardHit%, 34.5 inches of drop.

With two days remaining before the trade deadline, it’s not about the prospect ranking, it’s about the scouting, and how teams evaluate players. Teams evaluate differently and see value differently, both the acquiring team and the trading team.
The massively important part, teams lie to themselves about need, and about value. Guys with the power to pull the trigger on deals, some have shrewd minds of persuasion, some are afraid to ever want to make a deal, because the risk terrifies them.

Tigers leading 2 - 1 in the 5th inning. Keith is 3 for 3. Paddock 5 innings 1 run 3 hit 4 K's'

And hanifee gets sent down to make room for Morton, brutal. I know he wasn’t great last night but dang man he’s got a 3.10 era and sent down to make room for a guy with one over 4. Thats kinda f’kd up

When Harris goes dumpster diving for multiple choices instead of focusing on a couple of quality choices, it messes with the roster composition, unfortunately.
