Game #116: Minnesota Twins @ Detroit Tigers, Wednesday August 6th, 2025 1:10 Pm

Sigh 4-4
We just cant hold a lead.

Jack throws a pitch right down the middle for homer.
Why don’t our pitchers make adjustments?
Jack walks a hitter batting .202 after homer.
After walk Jack falls behind but battles back for
Two Soft fly outs.

Tigers 4th
Greene G-3
Perez….single (SB)
Dingler 4-3
McKinstry 1st pitch hacking 4-3.

where the **** are these pitches.
Right in the box
Umpire misses it.

Right down the ****ing middle again by Jack. Losing again to this shit team. As the torres error cost a run…More Soddy defense by Detroit.

This is just poor pitching by Jack, and Soddy defense.
Rookie from triple A tearing us up.
Pretty embarrassing that Fetters and the staff do not adjust to how the twins batters are attacking Jack and the other pitchers.

Harris additions to the starting rotation this year. Flaherty, Paddack, Cobb, Charlie Morton.

Mets no hits through 6 . Trail 4-0. Cleveland plays white Sox next.

Potentially losing 2 games off our lead with Cleveland at !eta and
Twins at Tigers. Losing series to Shitty Washington. Swept by Pittsburgh, and losing to a depleted twins team is embarrassing.,

Holton Gofer balls issue continue.
#12 and #13..

We are not making any adjustments.
We are throwing balls right over the plate.
Some of our guys must be tipping pitches or something.
Makes zero sense how easy it is against us.

Sadly this game may be over at 8-4.
Both homers from guys with zero power.

Kerry Carpenter, welcome to the 20 HR club, joining Riley Greene and Spencer Torkelson.

Twins OF Kody Clemens caught Tigers SS Zach McKinstry’s deep fly… then dropped it into the bullpen.

The Tigers have signed RHP Matt Stil to a minor-league deal. Stil was a 21st round pick in 2019 (Royals) and has been pitching in the Frontier League since 2023.

In 2022, the Tigers’ farm system was in the bottom five. 2.5 years later, they are 1st or 2nd best. Most importantly, they are sticking at the top and adding more prospects to the top 100 list.

Justin Verlander has given up 1 ER combined in his last 3 starts. He’s also throwing 98mph.

Cleveland made 4 runs work. Against the Mets no less.

Shitty Jack pitches great again Phillies but cant get the
Twins out. Makes zero sense. Fetters and the staff made
Zero adjustments with now the twins were attacking
Jacks Pitches.. Holton seems to be tipping everything.
He can’t get consistent outs. I hope Tommy K was a
1 year contract.
