28.3 K% 136 wRC+ 0.5 fWAR He’s holding his own and I expect the speed and walks to improve over time.
Majors vs the minors: Max Clark had a BB% between 12-14% every season in the minor leagues. he's at 8.7% so far. major league pitchers make you hit the baseball. It makes Kevin McGonigle 14.3% BB% truly insane.
Max Clark was 21/23 on stolen base attempts in AAA this season. He has been on 1st base with no runner on 2nd in 10 at bats (54 pitches). He is yet to attempt a steal.

Totally Tigers
Don’t look now but the Detroit Tigers are just 1 game under .500 and in 2nd place, just 3.0 games out of first. As of Thursday afternoon’s games, they are now tied for the last wild card spot.
They rank #1 in run differential in the AL. Their offense is back on track and their defense has now moved from the basement to the middle of MLB.
It’s their best record since the beginning of the season. For almost the entire year, they’ve been under .500. At one point, they were in the double digits in both wins and losses and games back.
So how do we explain this enigma called the Detroit Tigers? I’ve got 5 plausible explanations.

I believe the surge started post all star (.315 since all star break) and during that time he has 4 HRs
