They didn't learn after doing the same to Montero. The guy would throw 8 shutout innings then come out of the bullpen and get shelled. Then they'd start him again and hed mow teams down and then get shelled out of the pen. Either use him as a starter or strictly out of the pen. Don't **** with his head
